I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner that believes your body is designed to heal. Guiding you to use your body’s innate wisdom to restore balance and improve health is my passion. Although I work with anyone, I love working with moms experiencing digestive distress, low energy and overwhelm, or working to improve their family’s health. I navigated my son’s health issues and my own and found healing in nourishing food, water, sunshine, and reducing our toxic load. My superpower is seeing how all the puzzle pieces to your well being fit together: mind, body and spirit.
